Cancellation Policy

A 24-hour notice is required for canceling/rescheduling appointments and a card on file at time of booking. This is for ALL clients, current and new. Less than a 24-hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of your scheduled service to your card on file. A no-call/no-show appointment will result in a charge of 100% of your scheduled service to your card on file. Your card on file will ONLY be charged if one of the above instances occurs. You do not need to use this same card to pay for your services the day of your appointment. You may use a different card or cash. In the event that you are more than 10 minutes late than your scheduled appointment time, we will only be able to provide the amount of services we have time allotted for. This is to protect our business/time AND other clients' time. We cannot cut into their appointment time due to another client arriving late.
